This number is based on the total number of records in the nation you connect to FieldEdge. We will get this number from your nation at the beginning of each billing cycle. Pricing is based on the total number of people in your nation. If you have a large discrepancy between the total number of people and the number that are actually contactable (ie. people with a phone number, email or physical address), please reach out to us to discuss a custom pricing option.

FieldEdge has been proven to work in the US, Canada, Australia, the UK, France, and many other countries. FieldEdge should work in any country where Google Maps works.

We are a third-party business that partners with NationBuilder. We have been working with the platform for a decade. FieldEdge is a paid enhancement for the NationBuilder platform. If you are a NationBuilder Enterprise customer, you can talk to your Account Manager or Sales Rep about bundling FieldEdge with your NB contract.

The Simultaneous Mobile Users limit is “soft” and will not disrupt your field efforts. If you reach this capacity, we will get in touch to discuss upgrade options.

We take security very seriously. FieldEdge utilizes industry-standard SSL encryption security for transferring data between the app and the NationBuilder servers. This data only exists on your device and NationBuilder – we do not store or view your NationBuilder data on our servers.

Monthly plans can be canceled or switched at any time with no fees or charges. If you are on an Annual plan (from past pricing structures) we do not issue refunds for a downgrade or cancellation. This is because these Plans come with a large upfront saving.

FieldEdge pricing includes mapping functionality, provided by Google Maps, out of the box and does not require entering a Google Maps API key or paying extra for related functionality. We do not place any hard limits on your maps usage, however, it is subject to our fair usage policy.

Yes! NationBuilder’s Starter plan doesn’t include geocoding (mapping), however, once you’ve started your trial, reach out to the FieldEdge support team who can assist with geocoding your data in NationBuilder. A nominal once-off fee may apply.
